Description
Still white wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cantina Valle Isarco. 100% Pinot Grigio, 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Pinot Grigio produced by Alto Adige's youngest cooperative, founded in 1961. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and carefully vinified to preserve the grape's freshness and aroma. Aged for 10 months on the fine lees, partly in steel vats and partly in large barrels. The bouquet is markedly elegant and pleasant, with refined notes of pear and apple. The color ranges from greenish to pale yellow. The flavor is full and persistent, rounded, with a delicate finish, perfect for accompanying light dishes and aperitifs.
