Description
A Charmat Method Brut rosé sparkling wine produced by Ca Maiol in Lombardy. Red grapes, no vintage indicated, 12.5% ABV. A tribute to the southern shore of Lake Garda, where the founder's dream has taken shape since 1967. Low-temperature vinification. Second fermentation in pressure tanks, with aging on the lees for several months. Pink grapefruit and pomegranate aromas; upon oxygenation, peach blossoms, berries, and ginger emerge. Pale pink with bright reflections. A perfect balance between the fresh, savory component and the mellow sweetness of the red fruit, in a romantic encounter between softness and crispness.

Starting with a single farmhouse, over the decades it has expanded both in terms of structures and vineyards, thus expanding a unique offer for the denomination. We are in the Lugana area, a harmony of flavours and atmospheres that extends south of Lake Garda over a unique territory.
The calcareous soil, the result of a millennial process, and the typical lake climate contribute to making this an ideal place for growing vines. It is here that delicate white wines with an unmistakable freshness are born, wines that are genuine expressions of the territory in which they are born. Read more
