Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature Champagne, a classic method without dosage, produced by Domaine Bourgeois-Diaz in the Champagne region of France. Blend: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. A Blanc de Noirs that expresses the purity of the Champagne terroir, with no added sugars to enhance the complexity of its aromas and flavors. The nose is initially fresh and fruity, characterized by hints of pineapple and tropical fruit, then enriched with spicy nuances, as well as the classic hints of bread and yeast. The perlage is fine and persistent. The palate is crisp yet well-balanced, rounded and well-structured, with excellent length.

From this winery
Of our 6.80 hectares of vines, 3.5 hectares are planted with Pinot Meunier, 2 with Pinot Noir and 1.3 with Chardonnay. Our vines are 40 years old on average, and draw their vitality from their clay and chalk soils.

Here, where dense forests on one side of the river, and peaceful vineyards on the other, cover the hillsides, Champagne begins. It would have been easy for us to stay within the norm. But for Jérôme, the easy life is not worth living. Read more
