Still white wine, Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Bellutti. 100% Pinot Bianco. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Pinot Bianco that expresses the freshness and elegance of the Alto Adige terroir. Its fresh and fruity aromas recall green apple, pear, and exotic fruit. Deep straw yellow with greenish reflections. The palate is full and rich, with mineral acidity and a lingering finish. A versatile wine, perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish and white meat dishes.

Today the farm comprises 2.8 ha of vineyards. In the foreground, we specialise in indigenous South Tyrolean wines. The most important variety is Gewürztraminer, which has its origins here and develops excellent quality. We also produce Lagrein, Lake Kaltern and Pinot Blanc. | Wine making | White vinification. Depending on ripeness, a short resting period and targeted maceration take place after destemming. This must is then pressed and the must is racked for a day in stainless steel tanks for natural preliminary clarification. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. |
