Organic Franciacorta Saten Brut, produced by Barone Pizzini in Lombardy. 12% ABV, 2021 vintage. A Franciacorta born from the passion and history of a family, a tribute to the region and its authenticity. 100% Chardonnay. Aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks and used barriques, and 30-40 months on the lees in bottle. A broad nose of dried apricot, hazelnut, citrus, chalk, and resin. Lively perlage and a golden color. On the palate, the carbonation is well-integrated and balanced with a substantial body and inviting softness.
