Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Banfi. Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies Banfi's passion and innovation, combining Tuscan tradition with the most modern winemaking techniques. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (25-30°C) in stainless steel vats. Aged briefly in 350-liter French oak barriques. Fresh, very sweet, and fruity aromas. Hints of blackberry and ripe cherry are accompanied by floral and spicy notes of vanilla, tobacco, and licorice. Red with mauve highlights. The structure is full and rounded, with characteristics of great softness and elegance. On the palate, the wine is balanced with a broad finish.
