At the helm of the estate are Giorgio and Paolo Polegato, both hailing from a historic family of Treviso wine growers who know perfectly how to 'read' the climate and soils of this lucky area.

Harvest Grapes harvested by hand in small baskets are crushed.
Wine making The grapes are processed using the traditional red wine method with maceration for 10/15 days; once finished, the wine is racked and kept in steel tanks.
