Brut classic method sparkling wine made from Crémant de Bourgogne AOC, 12% ABV, produced by André Delorme. Blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A Crémant de Bourgogne that embodies the elegance of Burgundy, with a classic method that enhances its freshness and complexity. Malolactic fermentation takes place in 100% stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months on the lees in temperature-controlled cellars. The color is a bright golden yellow, with notes of white and dried fruit that develop as it reaches the palate. The finish is rounded and generous.
