Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature, produced by Alain Couvreur in the Champagne region of France. A classic method pas dosé, made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, it expresses the purity of the terroir. Powerful and expressive on the nose, with a pale golden color. On the palate, it is full and rich, with an expressive presence on the finish, inviting a unique sensory experience.

Currently, our vineyards cover four municipalities. Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are planted in Prouilly, Pévy,
Branscourt while Chardonnay is planted in Unchair, village which is seven miles far from Prouilly.
Our vineyards are particularly difficult to work due to the the slope of the land. In exchange, it offers leaf area, orientation and soil ideal for the cultivation of the vine. Read more
