Good compare with spice salami and ageing Prosciutto, perfect with complex dishes with truffle, mushroom porcini and meat sauce such as a ragout. Rather with a main course like Pigeon, T-Bone steak, Duck and lamb shank. Outstanding with strong cheese matured. However Plateo would be an gorgeous drink for a nice chat an interesting topics.

Near the ancient village of Caldari, land of Abruzzo, the magic of organic Agriverde Cellars was born.

The winery is immersed in a very special ecosystem that breathes and speaks, imbued with warmth and an underground current that runs through the soil and reaches man through the product of the earth.

Grapes, but not only, Agriverde feeds on landscape and nature, from the green belt of hills to the coastal park of Punta Aderci, overlooking the Adriatic Sea, a constant presence on the horizon, the only blue accent in a panorama dominated by two fundamental colours: green and rust, which surrounds the winery, rust being the colour of the winery itself.

In the 1980s, a milestone in our history, production was converted to organic methods and Agriverde obtained certification from ICEA (Istituto di Certificazione Etico Ambientale), coinciding with the promulgation of the first European regulations on organic farming (EEC Reg. 2092/91). Agriverde is one of the first organic wineries in Italy.
