Harvest | Before being pressed, the grapes undergo a short drying process of about one month to improve the organoleptic characteristics of the wine. |
Wine making | Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then refermented over the marc used to produce Amarone where it continues to ferment for 5-7 days. |
Aging | Finally, it ages in oak barrels for 18-24 months, with a further bottle ageing for 6 months. |
