Description
Still white Chablis AOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Agnes and Didier Dauvissat since 1987. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Chablis that expresses the minerality and freshness of Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone marl soils and small fossil oyster beds (Kimméridgien). Mechanical harvest followed by traditional vinification in temperature-controlled tanks: alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 12 months. Delicate nose with citrus and mineral notes. Beautiful pale gold color. Elegant and harmonious on the palate, a wine that embodies the purity of the Chablis terroir.
