It was 1919 when Carlo Nada founded the company in the Rombone locality, followed in the work by his nephew Gian Carlo who, in the 1980s, together with his wife Ada, resumed the company's innovative path. So the initial 3 hectares became 10, the Valeirano Cru was added to the Rombone vineyard, Barbera and Dolcetto also gained space, although Barbaresco continues to make up half of the entire production. In recent times, under the guidance of Anna Lisa Nada and her husband Elvio, Sauvignon and Merlot have become part of the estate's vineyard heritage. Read more

Harvest | The harvest of slightly overripe grapes begins around the third ten-day period of the month of October. The harvest is carried out by hand, and after being initially selected, the bunches are placed in ventilated crates. |
Wine making | After gentle pressing and de-stemming, the must is placed in the fermentation vats. Maceration is carried out for around 12 5 days, followed by a very gentle pressing. Then the wine is transferred into steel vats to complete the alcoholic fermentation process and undergo malolactic fermentation. |
Aging | Finally, it is decanted into large oak casks, where it is aged for 20-24 months. After being bottled, the wine is left to age for at least 8 0 months before being put on the market. |
