A family of Prosecco, also from Valdobbiadene and Cartizze, which refers to the number 8 as a symbol of infinity, the reflection of the spirit in the created world and the immeasurable. A number that holds the 'secret' of immortality and has therefore been defined as the number of eternal youth.
The number represents the eight tenacious, stubborn and practical individuals strongly attached to this project's realisation. The number 8 also represents sunlight reaching the earth, the vine, and its clusters. | Wine making | After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and undergo soft pressing. Once obtained, the must is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature, so as to enhance the particular aromas typical of grapes originating from the area of Cartizze. The wine is then placed in steel autoclaves where the secondary fermentation takes place. The sparkling process lasts for about 30 days. |
