Description
Still red Perricone, 14% ABV, produced by Tenute Orestiadi in Gibellina, Sicily. 1.50 l magnum format, 2021 vintage. A wine born in the heart of the Belice Valley, in Gibellina, where Mediterranean scents and colors intertwine with myth and art. The Perricone is hand-harvested in small crates in the first and second ten days of September. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C. The wine ages for approximately 1 year in stainless steel and bottle before being released. Aromatic bouquet of red berries mixed with hints of black pepper and Mediterranean spices. Intense purple color. Soft, elegant and fruity with dense sensations of berries. The finish is sumptuous, long and persistent. The evolution in the bottle reveals surprising notes of licorice.
