Still red wine from Barbaresco, 14% ABV, produced by Scarpa. 2021 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Barbaresco that tells the story of a historic Piedmont winery, with a tradition that dates back to 1900. Aged for over 24 months in French Allier oak barrels and 50-hl Slavonian oak barrels. Aged for at least 12 months in bottle. Deep, long-lasting aromas of violet and wild rose. Well-balanced and pleasantly full-bodied. The tannins are robust yet sweet.
