A Champagne that embodies the story of Laurent, nicknamed the Prince of Champagne for his courage during the First World War. Aromas of white-fleshed fruit, followed by hints of yeast and bread crust. Fine perlage. Straw yellow. Creamy, smooth, with a long, persistent finish.
