Organic AOC Champagne, made using the classic method (pas dosé), produced by Jerome Blin. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne excellence, born from the passion of a family that has been producing sparkling wines since the 17th century. Jerome Blin, fourth generation, cultivates his 6 hectares of vineyards in Vincelles using biodynamic methods. An intense nose with notes of citrus, white fruits, and dried almonds. Bright golden yellow. On the palate, it reveals strength and elegance, and the long aromatic finish is enriched with spicy and balsamic sensations.

The vineyards at Vincelles, in the middle of the Vallée de La Marne, were taken over in 2010 by Jerome, who decided to work the 6 hectares of his property in Biodynamic agriculture. Strongly convinced of the principles to be applied in agriculture, he shows a real revolution in the small commune of Vincelles.
Jerome has a very delicate hand that characterises all his champagnes with a veil of oxidation in the glass. The dosage is also moderate, as the grapes arriving at the cellar are very healthy. Read more
