Description
Chorey Les Beaune AOC still red wine, produced by Domaine Marguerite Carillon, from Burgundy, France. 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that embodies the tradition of Burgundy, with production dating back to 1954. 27 hectares of vineyards span a multitude of appellations. The mosaic of plots extends from the Côte de Nuits to the Côte de Beaune, from Santenay to Aloxe Corton. The soil is composed of alluvial limestone marl, on a stony subsoil. Fruity notes of blackcurrant and redcurrant dominate the abundant flavors that shape the bouquet. Intense red color. On the palate, it is well-balanced between structure, acidity, and these intense fruity notes, revealing delicate nuances of dried fruit on the finish.
