We elaborate the X Bulles in a natural way by the ancestral method: it is the natural sugar of the grape that ensures the start of fermentation, the foaming and the residual sugars.

Close to Monnières, in the heart of the Muscadet Sevre et Maine name, the Caillé family has owned Fay d'Homme for 5 generations. Vincent Caillé, who has regained control of the vineyards of family since 1986, is part of a new generation of winemakers determined to pursue an uncompromising quality policy. With the stubbornness of passion, he produces a Muscadet Sèvre et Maine of very high expression. On a very variegated soil it works the soil with ploughing or grassing.

Since 1996, the vineyards have been organically grown on soils rich in wild tulips, which have become extinct elsewhere due to sudden treatments. and that they have found their natural habitat here.
