Description
A special production obtained by processing Barolo wine. Every year, about a thousand bottles of various old vintages of Barolo (at least over 10 years old) are blended and assembled in a single stainless steel container. To this base of mature Barolo is added cinchona canissaia extract, sugar, alcohol and a secret infusion of various spices (about 15-16).
