Still white wine from Tuscany IGT, 13% ABV, produced by Castellare di Castellina. Blend: 60% Sauvignon, 40% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a winery that has been producing quality wines in the heart of Chianti Classico since 1977. Aged for 4 months in bottle. On the nose, it offers aromas of yellow peach, boxwood, and elderberry, with notes of gooseberry. On the palate, it is rounded and displays a balanced structure, supported by a fine acidity that gives it a pleasant freshness.
