Wine making Cuvée Annamaria Clementi is the result of the pursuit of excellence both in the vineyard and the cellar. Base wines are obtained exclusively from the alcoholic fermentation of must of the highest village (about 40% of the weight of the grapes) that takes place directly in small oak barrels, where it aged for about 7 months. No compromise, no concessions, only the best base wines, at least 10 different lots, are then assembled to give rise to this exceptional cuvée.
