Description
Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Bibi Graetz. Blend: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo Nero, 10% Colorino, 2020 vintage. A wine that expresses the excellence of Tuscany, with a winemaking process that enhances its complexity and longevity. Spontaneous fermentation in open barriques, eight manual punching downs daily, and 30 months of aging in barriques. Austere on the nose, it reveals subtle hints of rose and pomegranate, then opens onto blackberry and blueberry jam, cocoa, coffee, orange, eucalyptus, sandalwood, medicinal herbs, licorice, and Mediterranean scrub. Transparent ruby red color with purple highlights. The palate is decidedly refined, bursting with freshness and elegant tannins, with a well-balanced alcohol content. Persistent finish: guaranteed longevity.
