Producing quality wine is not a normal industrial activity: it is something more, something that touches and in some way confuses itself with art because wine does not just collect, it must be done. The care taken in making wine is the one that is due to things that have their own life. The man who marries nature, to generate a small daily miracle: this is for us the wine.
