Chateau of Pomerol Château Rouget was mentioned in reference books (Cox and Ferret) of 1868 for the quality of its wine.

From 1992, owner of Château Rouget is the family headed by Jean-Pierre Labruyere Labruyere, family with a long tradition of wine in Beaujolais. Thanks to their drive has been restored the vineyards and the cellar, returning the wines of Chateau Rouget one of the most prestigious in the Pomerol area.
