Hélène BOIVERT and her two sons Vincent and François take care of this property which has been in the family for 9 generations. Located at Couquèques on one of the best limestone terroir of Médoc. This vineyard respects cabernet sauvignon which becomes a very elegant wine as it ages. The traditional methods of farming and wine making make Château Les Ormes Sorbet winery frequently quoted in the specialized press for the regularity of its quality.
