Description
Semi-aromatic still white wine from Moselle-Saar-Ruwer, Germany, 7.5% ABV, produced by Willi Schaefer. Vintage 2024. A Spatlese Riesling that embodies the tradition of a family that has been making wine since 1590. The estate has 3.2 hectares planted 100% Riesling, including the finest vineyards on the steep Graacher Domprobst. Fermentation in traditional wooden barrels (1000 liters) with natural yeasts. The nose is complex, accompanied by mineral notes and fruity aromas reminiscent of its terroir. On the palate, the wine is structured and persistent, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.
