A wine that celebrates the purity of Champagne, produced using biodynamic methods to enhance the expression of the terroir. The bouquet that envelops the nose is clean and dynamic, with predominantly fruity notes intertwined with hints of yeast and pastry. Straw yellow in the glass. On the palate, it is lively and enterprising, with a particularly refreshing finish that encourages lively drinking.
