Brut classic method sparkling rosé, produced by Vilmart & Cie in the Champagne region. Blend: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A rosé from a family-run winery that has been producing champagne with passion and precision since 1890. Effervescent and delicate bubbles. Splendid aromas of concentrated red fruits, wild strawberry, wild raspberry, cherry, and red current. Shortly after, a light floral fragrance awakens our senses, characterized by lime blossom and lilac. Salmon pink in color. On the palate, the presence of red fruits dominates, with a delicate flavor of melon and vine peach that unfolds throughout the tasting. The wonderful complexity of flavors reveals a great wine, perfectly balanced, ample, and full of freshness.

In 1890, Désiré Vilmart founded the house in the heart of the village of Rilly-la-Montagne, at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. He was succeeded by his son Charles, then his grandson Renan. They were both instrumental in furthering the house’s growth. Independence and boldness were already characteristic of the house’s outlook.
During the Second World War, Renan witnessed the destruction of the estate. With courage and determination, he applied himself to reconstructing buildings and facilities over cellars that had been spared; Vilmart still occupies these premises, which have been developed and added to by each successive generation.
