Description
Grand Cru Brut Rosé Champagne, produced by Valentin Leflaive. A unique sensory experience, this extra brut classic method rosé champagne, with no vintage, pays homage to the sophistication of the Champagne region. Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the Montagne de Reims, give the wine a salmon pink color. On the nose, notes of pastry, strawberry, fig, and mineral nuances. Its generous palate and vinosity, typical of saignée rosés, maintain a balance with the wine's structure and tension. The tannins add length, with savory fruit that lingers on the palate.
