A brut Charmat method sparkling wine produced by Valdo in Veneto. 11.5% ABV, Glera blend. 0.75L bottle. The history of Valdo is the history of the Bolla family, a history of passion and entrepreneurial spirit, tied to the evolution of Prosecco and the Valdobbiadene region. A very fine and fruity aroma ranging from floral to green apple. Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Persistent, lively, and harmonious palate with a pleasant aftertaste.
