Still red Romagna DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Umberto Cesari. 100% Sangiovese. 0.75 l bottle, 2024 vintage. A Sangiovese Superiore born from the passion of Umberto Cesari, a pioneer of Sangiovese in Emilia-Romagna since 1964. Vinified in vertical stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with medium maceration. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Pleasantly fruity and floral with hints of rose, violet, and plum. Ruby red with purple highlights. Dry, harmonious, very decisive and elegant, even with its youthful tannins.
