Marjun Pinot Noir 2023 from Cantina Tramin, a still red born from the passion of 160 winemaking families in Trentino-Alto Adige. This Pinot Noir, produced with hand-picked grapes, is a tribute to tradition and the terroir. Aromas of berries, plums, and cherries are enhanced by spicy notes. On the palate, a pleasant freshness immediately evokes the vineyards' altitude, with smooth and seductive tannins. The finish is fruity and juicy with evident spicy notes. | Wine making | The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and placed in small containers that keep them intact, then undergo immediate soft pressing.
