Description
Still red wine from Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Tiefenbrunner. 100% Pinot Noir, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Noir that expresses the character of its mountain terroir, with an elegance that reveals itself with every sip. Fermentation on the skins in concrete barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation and ten months of maturation, 80% in small oak barrels and 20% in large oak barrels. Aged for two months in concrete barrels and five months in bottle. It has a ruby red hue with garnet highlights. A light bouquet of blackberries, raspberries, and cherries. It expresses youthful vigor and great personality, the palate is soft and full, elegant, and balanced.
