Description
Aromatic still white Alto Adige DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Tiefenbrunner. 100% Moscato Giallo. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine made in a historic winery, the fifth generation of the Tiefenbrunner family, which has been producing quality wines since 1848. Hillside vineyards in Niclara. After 8 hours of maceration, fermentation, and aging for 10 months in concrete barrels. After blending, the wine is bottled and aged for 5 months in the bottle. Bright straw yellow. Floral and intensely fruity aromas, typical of fresh Moscato grapes. It has an elegant and finely structured body, decidedly savory, and refreshes the palate with a well-balanced acidity.
