A Crémant de Bourgogne that embodies the elegance and freshness of Burgundy, produced using the traditional method. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Temperature controlled at 18°C. Complete malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for a minimum of 18 months. Fine mousse. Fruity and floral on the nose. Bright pale gold color. The red grape varieties add a vinous and structured touch. The palate is light and rounded at the same time.
