Description

Albana is a white grape variety indigenous to Romagna, characterised by great freshness and the presence of abundant polyphenols in the skin. Albana always gives original, textural and multifaceted wines and to this natural complexity is added, in the case of Ysola, that of 44 months of ageing on the lees.

The bouquet adds the repertoire of the vine - honey, yellow flowers and a salty breath - to that of a long stay on the lees - crusty bread, some sober sweetness, a slightly peaty note and an elegant balsamic appeal - for an iridescent wine of rare finesse.

Gusto

Taste

The mouth is a bath of salt and freshness and immediately finds rhythm and energy. This is the hallmark of the great classic methods that take advantage of tertiary aromas without paying anything, in terms of fragrance, to a straight and full mouth.
