A classic method sparkling rosé from Puglia, 12% ABV, produced by Tenute Rubino. 100% Susumaniello. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Sumare Rosato Brut born from the Rubino family's passion for their land and the rediscovery of Susumaniello, a native Apulian grape variety. Very fine and persistent perlage. Floral and fruity aromas complemented by elegant spicy and fragrant notes. Intense and fresh, with a pronounced acidity, it stands out for its remarkable persistence.

After all, winemaking is an ancient art here in Jaddico: over the years, archaeologists have brought to light a Roman manor house filled with kilns, where Visellio—the owner of the estate—fired the amphorae used to export his wine to the four corners of the Roman Empire. At the time, this land was home to extensive vineyards and served as an important manufacturing center for wine containers.
