Description
Sicilian still white wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Orestiadi. 100% Grillo, a native grape variety that best expresses the character of the terroir. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. Orestiadi estates, located in the heart of the Belice Valley, in Gibellina, where Mediterranean scents and colors intertwine with myth and art. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel and at least 4 months in bottle. Aromas of fresh fruit, hay, and green tea intertwine with floral notes of orange blossom. Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. Full-bodied, savory, fresh, and well-balanced with notes of bread crust and a mineral finish.

| Soil composition | White Soil, typical of the hills of the Belice Valley, land is of medium compactness with a very high limestone and gypsum component, coming from the numerous chalky-sulphurous formations present in the area. In this area, the dry microclimate with good water retention enhances the typical minerality of the ground, making it the ideal soil for the cultivation of indigenous white varietals such as Grillo, Zibibbo, Inzolia, Catarratto and Grecanico. |
