A Cannonau that embodies the essence of Sardinia, with grapes grown in granite soils that lend great balance and minerality. Intense aromas of red fruits with spicy notes reminiscent of Mediterranean scrub. Ruby red color with subtle garnet highlights. | Wine making | Made from pure Cannonau grapes, grown on spurred cordon espalier trellises, in soils derived from granite disintegration with a medium texture, tending to sandy, which give it great balance and minerality. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for a duration of 16 8 days at a controlled temperature, during which pumping over and punching down are carried out daily to allow the balanced extraction of polyphenolic substances. The transformation of malic acid into lactic acid takes place immediately after alcoholic fermentation. |
