A Blanc de Blancs that celebrates family tradition, with a history dating back to 1710. Aged for 36 months on the lees. The aroma reveals maturity with a fresh, floral note, expressed through hints of citrus and ripe pears. Golden yellow highlights. The palate is full and balanced, with a pleasant freshness and rich aromas, and light notes of citrus, pears intertwined with brioche crust.
