Description
A wine made exclusively from Pinot Bianco grapes, a highly prized vine particularly suited to the hilly area, it has settled perfectly in Friuli, and in particular in the Collio area. The Pinot Bianco was planted in a ventilated area and in predominantly marly soil; it produces small, compact bunches, the grapes are round and golden yellow in colour. Harvesting of these grapes is by hand, soft pressing is followed by a brief period of decanting in the total absence of sulphur dioxide.
