Description
Boschetti is a 100-year-old vineyard, with very few surviving vines, but it is also an expression of Barolo on sandy soil, with a less evident structure and a delicacy rare in this appellation. Very few bottles were produced, with long macerations, delicate extractions, ageing in large casks for a minimum of 18 months and a long rest in the bottle.
