Description
A Charmat method brut sparkling wine produced by Sartarelli in the Marche region, 12% ABV, 100% Verdicchio. 0.75 L bottle. A fine and persistent perlage accompanies a fruity bouquet of apple, lemon verbena, almond, and yeast, which precedes a fresh, citrusy palate. Sartarelli, founded in 1972, is one of the few Italian wineries that produces exclusively Verdicchio. Aging on the lees enhances the sensory characteristics of this sparkling wine.
