Description
Still white Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Santadi. 100% Vermentino, 2024 vintage. A wine that embodies the essence of Sardinia, born from the passion of a group of producers in the heart of Sulcis. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine continues to evolve in concrete vats in contact with its own lees, enhancing the finished product's roundness and flavor. Complex and intense on the nose, with hints of apple, peach, and citrus. The color is straw yellow with luminous green-gold highlights. On the palate, it stands out for its exceptional finesse and balance.
