Umbria IGT, 12% ABV, produced by Santa Cristina (Antinori). A white wine born from the passion and expertise of one of the most important Italian wine families. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A fresh and pleasant wine, perfect for any occasion. The white grapes, carefully vinified, give life to a balanced and harmonious wine. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where the wine ages until bottling. On the nose, it displays fruity and floral notes reminiscent of pear, pineapple, and orange blossom. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, slightly soft, with a fruity aftertaste.

| Wine making | The grapes are vinified separately, following the ripening times of each variety. After destemming and soft pressing, the must was cooled to a temperature of 10 °C to promote natural clarification. |
