Description

The foundation was first laid in 1989 for what is arguably the most famous white wine produced at St. Michael-Eppan Winery. For more than 20 years, the Sauvignon Sanct Valentin has benefited from the exceptional conditions offered by the carefully selected individual plots at the foot of the Mendel mountain, to generate a top-class wine with seductive fruit, excellent minerality and persistence. Today, this nectar is not only the pride of the house and the most important wine in the Sanct Valentin line, but also one of the most awarded white wines in Italy.
