Still red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 14.5% ABV, 100% Lagrein Riserva, produced by San Michele Appiano, 2023 vintage. A wine that expresses the power and elegance of Lagrein, aged for 12 months in barrique-tonneau with malolactic fermentation. Intense aromas of cherry, blackberry, and prune. Dark red color tending towards black. Soft, complex, and full-bodied on the palate, with a lingering finish. Ideal with hearty dishes such as beef cheek stew, grilled red meats, Tyrolean goulash, game, and aged cheeses.
