Description
Rosso Veronese IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cantina di Soave. Blend of Corvina, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. 0.75-liter bottle, 2020 vintage. A wine born from over-ripening the grapes, with a light drying process on racks to enhance its complexity and structure. Aged in stainless steel and briefly in wood. On the nose, notes of small black fruits, rose hips, spices, and rhubarb. Intense ruby red color, rounded, full-bodied, and well-balanced with a pleasant note of blueberry and blackcurrant jam. Serve at 16-18°C, ideal with meats, cheeses, and pork.
